Eagle Scout Christopher



Troop #506 would like to extend their congratulations to Christopher! He is the 49th scout from Troop #506 to attain the rank of Eagle Scout! Congratulations, Christopher!

Christopher was born in Coon Rapids, MN on June 07, 2000. He has attended school in the Centennial School district, starting with kindergarten all the way up through high school, where he is a junior now. He is a peer leader and has also served as a student election judge for the City of Blaine.

Christopher's scouting career started in 1st grade as a Tiger with Pack #65 in Circle Pines, MN. He achieved each one of the cub scouting ranks and earned his Arrow of Light. He then crossed over to Troop #506 in Ham Lake, MN and earned the Summit Achievement Award. He went on to earn his Scout and Tenderfoot in 2011, Second Class in 2012, First Class in 2013, and then Star and Life in 2014. Christopher has served in many of the troop's leadership roles. He has served as Librarian, Scribe, Patrol leader, and Assistant Senior Patrol leader. He also completed his Den Chief training in 2013 and ever since then, he has been a Den Chief for Den #1 in Pack #508.

Christopher's merit badge career started out with the Fish and Wildlife Management merit badge and he is still going strong! He holds the troop record and he has earned 130 merit badges to date out of the available 138 merit badges. Christopher's Eagle project was to plant rain basins for the City of Andover to stop the soil erosion and to plant trees to beautify and rejuvenate a park for the community. Christopher completed and passed his Eagle Board of Review on October 11, 2016.

Christopher has earned all of the religious awards, his religious knot, and he has achieved the Four Star Religious Award. This prestigious award is earned by less than 1% of all of the P.R.A.Y. recipients. Christopher is an Honor and a Grey Wolf graduate and he earned his Emergency Preparedness pin in 2015.Christopher has been awarded the Three Rivers District Spirit award in 2014 and then again in 2016. Christopher was also elected to the Order of the Arrow in 2014 and he completed his brotherhood in 2015.
